Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Team Member in Customer Service at Kotak Mahindra. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely resolutions to all assigned cases, analyzing complaint trends, and preparing Root Cause Analysis (RCA). This role involves liaising with business stakeholders to ensure cases are managed from start to finish.
Job Requirements:
– Must have banking knowledge (preferably in loan division)
– Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
– Graduate or higher
