Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a motivated Gold Loan Relationship Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sourcing channels to generate leads for gold loans. You will engage in business planning and development through partnerships with dealers, DSAs, and brokers.
Your role will involve collaborating with branch channels to drive sales and ensuring the profitability of the business while achieving targets. You will implement sales promotional activities and ensure product availability and awareness in market areas. Conducting retail activities to enhance brand visibility and increasing customer contact points are also key responsibilities.
