Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Admission Officer to process enquiries, manage leads in our ERP system, and counsel prospective students. Key responsibilities include sending communications via email, SMS, and WhatsApp, making follow-up calls, and encouraging students to visit our office.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is required, with strong communication skills in English. Customer service experience of at least one year is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time; Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month. Day shift only.
