Job Description
Toplight Textiles Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Despatch and Order Follow Up Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Sales order entry and verification in ERP
- Yarn requisition management
- Invoice preparation
- Coordinating deliveries with transporters
- Updating delivery statuses and following up on payments
- Handling certification processes for GOTS, OCS, OEKOTEX, and BCI
- Yarn sample work follow-ups
- Managing entries in Google Sheets and Excel
- Maintaining communication via WhatsApp
- Bill processing related to sales
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹25,00/month | Experience Required: 5 years | Work Location: In person
