Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Associate to support the RBMS Invoice Processing service. Your primary responsibilities will include quality control alert resolution, data entry, client inquiry resolution, and assisting with new client implementations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review data inputs for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and update Vendor accounts
- Input invoices into the RBMS system as needed
- Research and respond to client queries
- Assist with the resolution of client issues
Required Skills: Minimum of 1 year experience in RBMS Invoice Processing or General Accounting; proficiency in MS Word and Excel; strong organizational and customer service skills are essential.
