Job Description
Olive e-Business Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic candidates for the position of Non-Voice Process Associate. In this role, you will follow up with customers, respond to inquiries via email and chat, and resolve complaints promptly.
Fresher candidates up to 28 years are welcomed. Hindi proficiency is required, English is preferred. Applicants should have completed at least the 12th grade and possess excellent communication skills. Immediate joiners are preferred.
