Job Description
Join Pristine Developer as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive and enhance relationships with our valued customers. Act as a liaison between construction sites and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs during construction.
- Maintain clear communication.
- Keep accurate interaction records.
- Arrange site visits for inquiries.
- Educate clients on processes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s in Business or related, CRM software knowledge, strong communication skills. Preferred: females with 2-3 years in CRM.
