Job Description
We are seeking a 3D Hard Surface Artist specializing in weapons and props to create high-quality game-ready assets. You will model, UV, bake, and texture hard-surface assets with attention to silhouette, topology, and PBR materials. Collaborate with concept and technical artists to meet polycount and LOD targets, optimize assets for performance, and implement feedback. Requirements: 3+ years experience, strong portfolio of weapons/props, proficiency with Maya/3ds Max, Blender, Substance Painter, Marmoset/Toolbag, and understanding of game pipelines. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential.
