Job Description
The FIREBIRD INSTITUTE OF RESEARCH IN MANAGEMENT is seeking a skilled Tele Calling Executive. Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil, English, or Hindi, along with good listening skills and empathy. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required. This full-time position offers a salary of ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00, plus benefits such as a Provident Fund and performance bonuses. A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of telemarketing experience are needed. Position is based in Chettipalayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
