Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to lead and guide a team of 5 to 7 DSTs at Kotak Mahindra. This role involves ensuring productivity while interacting with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets for business sourcing. You will establish partnerships with channel partners and associates to drive sales programs.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in vehicle financing, preferably in CV/CE/MUV financing, and knowledge of Sale-Purchase Brokers. A go-getter attitude and excellent relationship management skills are essential.
