Job Description
Tenacitics India Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated SET Support professional to provide IT product support for our clients via voice and email. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and have experience handling US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities include providing troubleshooting assistance, addressing client issues with professionalism, and documenting complex problems for further investigation.
Qualifications: 0 to 2 years of experience in IT Product Support, strong communication skills, and US client handling experience. Insurance SaaS product support experience is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹42,348.88 per month. Work Days: Monday to Friday.
