Reelay Ecommerce India Pvt Ltd, a progressive company specializing in ecommerce solutions, is on the lookout for a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team in Gurgaon, conveniently located near Huda City Metro Station.
Position: HR Recruiter / Intern
Experience: Preferred 6 to 8 months of recruitment experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align on recruitment needs.
- Maintain precise candidate records.
