Job Description
Bricspace Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Salesperson responsible for achieving sales targets and possessing diversified experience in the real estate industry.
- Assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties at the best price
- Identify client needs and financial capacities to propose tailored solutions
- Negotiate terms and consult on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Market real estate properties to potential buyers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate sales preferred. Location: In person
