Job Description
The Sree Abirami Group of Institutions is in search of a committed and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (PA) to provide support to our Managing Director (MD). This full-time role includes organizing the MD’s calendar, drafting communications, coordinating meetings, and managing documentation effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the MD’s appointments and schedule.
- Draft professional emails and record meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and follow up on projects.
- Maintain confidential files and records with precision.
Requirements: A Master’s degree, prior experience as a PA, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with the healthcare sector are advantageous.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 monthly. Day and night shifts available.
