Job Description
NALS Outdoors is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Outdoor Trainer / Facilitator to create and conduct outbound training activities and team-building programs for students, faculty, and corporate groups. This position, based in Nilgiris, Tamil Nadu, will involve managing client relationships, ensuring participant safety and supervision, as well as performing general administrative duties.
Preferred candidates will have experience in outbound training, knowledge of adventure or mountaineering courses, and proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi. Applicants must possess a dynamic personality, physical fitness, and serve as positive role models for youth. Please note that individuals who smoke or consume alcohol are not encouraged to apply.
