Job Description
MDN Edify Education Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled IT Support Executive to join our team at Edify World School, Whitefield, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for various IT-related tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Active Directory users with basic knowledge of DHCP and DNS.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues in LAN/WAN and configure MS Outlook.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Conduct network troubleshooting and manage Ethernet & IP configurations.
- Perform hardware and networking troubleshooting.
Monthly pay: ₹15,00 to ₹35,00. Local candidates preferred.
