Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Financial Services Executive to manage the transaction processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, invoice generation, credit control, and cash management. This role ensures compliance with performance and quality standards as defined in our service level agreements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, document, and resolve queries ensuring effective communication.
- Perform bank and customer account reconciliations.
- Input data and manage shared mail inboxes efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and distribution of queries.
- Manage payments, refunds, and outstanding accounts.
- Raise invoices and credit notes in SAP accurately and promptly.
