Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and sensitive professional planning projects, including research and analysis.
- Develop a detailed construction program linked with sales milestones.
- Create a pre-construction schedule covering design, quantification, and procurement.
- Prepare labor histograms and equipment plans to support construction planning.
- Generate material requirement planning based on activity-wise BOQs.
- Provide cash flow projections based on the updated cost plan.
- Ensure timely updates on site progress, design, and procurement status.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,00.00 – ₹75,00.00 per month
