Job Description
PrimeRoll International Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking enthusiastic and committed female candidates for the role of Customer Relationship Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for managing outbound calls and addressing customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling outbound calls and managing customer service inquiries
- Exhibiting strong phone contact abilities and active listening skills
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Encouraging customers to purchase our products
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Benefits: Includes cell phone reimbursement, Provident Fund, daytime schedule, and an annual bonus.
Requirements
