Job Description
Casino Air Caterers and Flight Services is currently seeking a motivated Commi I to join our Cold Kitchen team. In this role, you will prepare a variety of cold food items, including salads, sushi, cold cuts, and dressings. You will also be responsible for daily requisition preparations, ensuring all items meet HACCP standards for freshness and quality. Additionally, you will assist the Executive Chef in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from ₹23,00.00 to ₹26,500.53, and includes benefits such as meal provisions, health insurance, and a provident fund. Please note that this position requires availability for rotational night shifts and a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
