Job Description
Roots Multiclean is seeking a highly skilled CNC 5 Axis VMC Operator with expertise in 5-axis operations, programming adjustments, and job setup. Candidates must possess experience with both Mazak and Fanuc controls, as well as knowledge of cutting tool feed rates and RPM settings.
This role offers the opportunity to significantly reduce job setup time while enhancing the production of complex parts. Operators can perform deep cuts on intricate shapes, ensuring improved accuracy when compared to traditional 3-axis machining methods.
