Job Description
JDNT and Associates is looking for a qualified candidate to support compliance with the Companies Act. This role primarily involves assisting in the preparation and filing of ROC forms, annual returns, and other statutory documents with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
We prefer candidates who are partly qualified Company Secretaries or have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in secretarial and compliance roles.

Salary Range: ₹240,00.00 – ₹360,00.00 annually
