Job Description
Location: Hyderabad Zensar office
Zensar Technologies is seeking a talented Service Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you’ll provide voice and non-voice support to our customers, addressing complex technical issues effectively. Your role will involve collaboration with internal teams to ensure superior customer service and delivering timely resolutions.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry, ITIL v3/v4 certification, and familiarity with Win10, O365, and Active Directory. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to support global customers are essential. Knowledge of Service Desk tools like Service Now is a plus.
