Job Description
Nexstay Hotels & Resorts seeks a Front Office Trainee to join our team and provide professional guest services while supporting front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures.
- Use the Property Management System (PMS) to support reservations and daily operations.
- Handle reservation requests and maintain accurate billing and invoicing.
- Keep the front office area clean, organized, and presentable.
Employment: Full-time. Compensation: ₹8,00–₹12,00 per month. Benefits: Meals provided. Location: On-site.
Requirements
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Able to Work in a Team
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
