Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Perform IT asset discovery and ensure precise inventory management.
– Create and maintain automation scripts for process enhancements.
– Oversee and sustain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
– Implement and support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Required Skills:
– Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT asset discovery tools.
– Solid background in system administration and application integration.
– Comprehensive knowledge of CMDB management and ITSM frameworks.
– Demonstrated experience in application development.
