Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Coding and Transcription Associate. In this role, you will:
- Code and abstract information from medical records.
- Assign billing codes per CPT-4 and ICD-9 guidelines.
- Query physicians for code clarification.
- Monitor unbilled accounts and follow strict coding guidelines.
- Attend training sessions and maintain patient confidentiality.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience in coding.
