Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated PDU Executive for Kotak Mahindra Bank to manage mortgage properties for both commercial and consumer banking sectors. The ideal candidate will conduct site visits, hold builder meetings, and verify original documents as part of the APF process.
Responsibilities include preparing valuation and APF reports, vetting external reports, verifying property documents, and coordinating with external vendors for timely report generation. The candidate must stay updated on current market trends in real estate and adhere to bank policies and processes.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess familiarity with local locations.
