We are looking for a dedicated customer support professional to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The Manager will also be responsible for leading the support team and monitoring performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide comprehensive explanations of guarantee products and assist with customer onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Lead the support team and track performance metrics to drive improvements.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience for the Executive role / 3+ years for the Manager role in customer support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
