Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Support Specialist to join our Compliance Department at Kotak Mahindra. This role involves monitoring, interpreting, and guiding business teams on financial regulations from key regulators such as SEBI, NPCI, NSDL, and CDSL.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and disseminating new regulations to internal teams.
- Analyzing impacts and providing implementation guidance.
- Testing the process to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assisting in drafting notes for regulator engagement.
Ideal candidates should have a graduate degree and 5+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles within banking or financial services.
