Job Description
ClearTax is looking for a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to enhance our recruitment initiatives. This internship provides invaluable hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process, while working closely with our human resources team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and screen prospective candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Update and manage the recruitment database.
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires.
- Engage professionally with candidates and colleagues.
Job Type: Internship (6 months)
Compensation: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (In-person)
