Job Description
Join our team at Hotel Gowtham as a Hotel Front Office Executive! You will manage check-ins and check-outs using our Hotel Management System.
Your responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, addressing complaints, coordinating housekeeping, managing the cash register, and assisting the Hotel Manager with stock and billing.
We offer a full-time, permanent position with shifts from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM or 7 PM to 9 AM. Expect a salary of ₹12,00 to ₹15,00 per month, along with complimentary food and shared accommodation.
Eligible candidates should have a diploma and at least 1 year in hotel front office roles.
