Job Description
We are currently looking for dynamic individuals to join us as Retail New-to-Bank (NTB) Acquisition Specialists. The ideal candidates should possess fluent communication skills in English and have a minimum of one year of experience in banking. Freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the NR business portfolio.
- Lead a team consisting of Relationship Managers, Acquisition Managers, and Service Officers.
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets for liability sales.
- Serve NR clients’ needs effectively.
